A recent article in The Hollywood Reporter has raised eyebrows by exposing troubling allegations about Meghan Markle’s character. According to sources, her staff are reportedly upset with her treatment, claiming, “Everyone is afraid of Meghan. She looks down on everyone and refuses to take advice.”

The source further noted that while Prince Harry is described as “very nice and unpretentious,” Meghan’s behavior is characterized as “terrible.” Staff reportedly feel overwhelmed by her demanding nature, with one stating, “She goes around like a dictator. I have seen her reduce many grown men to tears.”

The couple has faced high staff turnover for years, with no signs of improvement. In 2021, Meghan’s top aide and personal secretary left, shocking the public, while their chief of staff resigned after just three months on the job.

This isn’t the first instance of Meghan facing accusations of mistreating her staff. In 2018, Buckingham Palace investigated her for the treatment of two royal aides, labeling her behavior as “bullying.” Meghan, however, dismissed these claims as a “calculated smear campaign.”
