Lizzo expressed her emotions in a video chat with her fans on social media on Tuesday.

The 36-year-old singer, who had a phony obesity medicine named after her on South Park, wore one of her Yitty brand’s brown Nearly Naked bodysuits for a ‘nearly naked lecture.’

‘The world can make you feel very little, and some aspects of it are geared to make you feel unwanted,’ said the singer, who sat comfortably on the floor of her home.

The Truth Hurts singer admitted that she has recently been getting’sucked into’ negativity and questioning herself.

‘I feel like everyone hates me. I’m always screwing up, I can’t do anything right. Is so-and-so mad at me? Did I say the right thing? Why can’t I get anything right?’ were some examples of the thoughts she described that go through her head.

‘I’ll beat myself up every single night,’ she said. ‘I’ll lay down and go to bed and I’ll just think about how I’m a failure and how I’m not good enough.

‘It’s a horrible spiral,’ she continued, adding it comes in spite of practicing, ‘SO much self-love and self-care and I still can’t manage to get it together and be kind to myself.’

Figuratively taking herself by the shoulders she said, ‘I have to snap out of it and realize I’m not alone. So, I’m coming on here to remind myself, as well as remind you,’ she told her fans.

‘Everyone don’t hate you. You do not screw everything up. You are doing the best you can.’ she contended.

‘You are a human who deserves grace. You deserve to be angry when you’re angry, you deserve to be happy when you’re happy. Don’t let anyone ever make you feel bad, or shame you for how you feel and how you choose to live your life.’

The About Damn Time singer claimed she was going to follow her own advise and “go into the deepest meditation right now and forgive myself.” Forgive me for not forgiving myself sooner.

She then signed off with, “I hope you have an incredible day.” Be gentle to yourself. Take it easy! We’re all experiencing this at the same time.

The admission moved her fans. ‘It feels so good sometimes to know that these feelings aren’t only in my head,’ one follower said.
