Priyanka Chopra shares ‘chilling’ picture as she shoots rain scene in November

Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently shared a glimpse of her experience filming a rain scene in London during the chilly month of November. Taking to her Instagram stories, Priyanka posted several pictures and clips that provided fans with an inside look at her day on set.

One of the first images she shared featured a hallway covered in what appeared to be blood, prompting her to ask her followers, “What do you think is happening in this episode of Citadel 2?” This intriguing teaser set the tone for her updates as the actress continued to share her filming journey.

In another photo, Priyanka was seen bundled up in jackets and a hot water bottle, attempting to keep warm after shooting the rain scene. Despite the cold, she flashed a bright smile at the camera, showcasing her resilience and good spirits in the face of challenging weather conditions. For the caption, she wrote: “When it’s a rain scene in November in London.”

Just a few days prior, Priyanka had shared a series of radiant images where sunlight illuminated her skin, contrasting sharply with her recent rainy day shoot. In those pictures, she donned a stunning burgundy outfit, striking poses that highlighted the natural lighting beautifully. “Playing with the sun…” she captioned those sunlit moments.

On the professional front, Priyanka is set to reprise her role as the fiery Nadia in the upcoming series “Citadel 2,” following her previous appearance in the spy action series that first launched in 2023. The series was created for Amazon Prime Video by Josh Appelbaum, Bryan Oh, and David Weil, with the Russo brothers serving as executive producers. Alongside Priyanka, Richard Madden will also return, continuing the story of their characters, Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh. The plot thickens as Kane uncovers a new organization, Manticore, led by Dahlia (Lesley Manville), which leads to a significant accident. Eight years later, Kane, now living as Kyle Conroy with erased memories, is drawn back into action when an old colleague (Stanley Tucci) seeks his help.

In addition to “Citadel 2,” Priyanka has an exciting lineup of upcoming projects, including “Heads Of State,” co-starring Idris Elba and John Cena, and “The Bluff,” featuring Karl Urban.

As fans eagerly await her next appearances, Priyanka continues to captivate with her versatility and dedication to her craft, whether braving the cold for a rain scene or basking in the sunlight.
