According to rumors, heavyweight boxing sensation Anthony Joshua is still investing in London real estate, revealing his enormous property spending. The 34-year-old is an active real estate developer outside of tennis, but he has kept a quiet profile since being ruthlessly knocked out by Daniel Dubois in a shocking loss.
Due to the massive investment in boxing, which was mostly funded by Saudi Arabia’s interest in the sport, boxers like Joshua have amassed enormous wealth, and the Englishman is managing his money well.
Anthony Joshua’s huge heavyweight property spending has reportedly been revealed
Joshua’s expanding real estate holdings, which was enhanced by a £30 million investment in a significant business endeavor last year, has earned him the nickname “The Landlord” inside his close circle.
According to The Sun, Joshua has now disclosed that he has spent £150 million in the last 18 months alone to increase his real estate holdings.

Joshua is keen to continue reinvesting some of the millions he has made throughout his career
The British household name appears to be securing his future beyond his boxing career and has ambitions to continue throwing his weight around in the industry as he targets new revenue streams.
A pal of AJ’s told the publication that he ‘wants to buy up the board’ when referencing the boxer’s fascination for Monopoly and ‘is inundated with investment opportunities but he doesn’t rush into anything.’
After more than ten years of multi-million dollar fights and sponsorship deals, Joshua is thought to have a net worth of over £100 million. His current standing is remarkable considering where he began. The former two-time heavyweight world champion has a £1 million garage with a £150,000 Range Rover SVO, which was specially built with his name on the tread plates, and a £93,000 white Jaguar XJR, in addition to his real estate investment.
He also forked out £600,000 on a luxurious Rolls Royce Phantom stretch, a £146,000 Mercedes v8 BiTurbo and a relatively ‘modest’ Audi A3 S-Line.

A vital member of the celebrity squad who became investors in F1 team Alpine, AJ also makes philanthropic donations, invests wisely in start-up ventures, and is working to establish his own promotion business. If Joshua and Dubois agree to a rematch following Joshua’s knockout loss to his younger opponent last month, Joshua could add millions more to his reputation.
“My first thought after the fight was, ‘Let’s just chill out, maybe wait for the result of Fury-Usyk.'” Promoter Eddie Hearn said earlier this week that Joshua is eager to return to the ring immediately.
AJ’s response was very different. His inclination is for a rematch.
