Rachel Leviss’ publicist suggested that Ariana Madix sent the intimate video of Rachel and a “horrible text” with bad “intention.” She then declared that “nobody gets a free pass” when you do something “illegal to hurt somebody.” Rachel’s publicist also mentioned Scheana Shay’s apparent refusal to film any Vanderpump Rules scenes with Rachel, although they were once good friends.
Allegedly, Ariana discovered the video on her then-boyfriend Tom Sandoval‘s phone, and it showed proof that he and Rachel were having an affair. According to a report, Rachel is now suing Ariana for allegedly spreading the intimate video as ‘revenge porn.’ She’s also suing Tom for allegedly recording the video without her consent. In the aftermath of the video, Ariana purportedly sent Rachel a text saying she’s “dead to [her].”
On the Rachel Goes Rogue podcast, Rachel’s publicist Juliette Harris said “nobody has approached Rachel” about “even considering” to film a conversation between Rachel and Scheana.
“It’s much easier, safer to bash her,” said Juliette, via @breakingtherulespodclips on Instagram. “And it’s more guaranteed you’re gonna get some pickup on that. But it would make fascinating television to actually have them sit down and have a conversation and talk about it. But nobody’s interested in that – you’ll notice – from their end.”
She then addressed the claim that Ariana doesn’t need to be “involved in the lawsuit.”
“Well, if you were a lawyer and you knew the laws, nobody gets a free pass when you do something illegal to hurt somebody,” the publicist added. “It was done with intention, those videos being talked about was done with intention. Those videos being sent with [a] horrible text was done with intention. And I’m sorry, maybe if it was done to you, you’d roll over and take it, but good for Rachel that she’s not, and I stand behind her on that.”
“Ariana could have approached it with grace. She could have said I was cheated on — let’s not forget there was already huge problems with the relationship and it wasn’t gonna last and everybody already knew that. That’s been confirmed and reconfirmed … So knowing that you were probably exiting a relationship, you could have just walked away from it. You could have just said, ‘I got cheated on and you know I’m not happy about it,’ but talking about those intimate videos and bringing attention to it — that was done with intention.”
