Jason Whitlock says Angel Reese is the most ‘Uns𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ed’ Player in the WNBA as commentator explains why she ‘hates Caitlin Clark’

Watch Jason Whitlock of Blaze TV’s Fearless call out Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese for being ‘arguably the most overrated athlete in all of sports’ despite a rookie season that is being celebrated by the mainstream media.

Reese ranks 4th in the league in rebounding and is averaging a double-double with 12.1 points and 10.2 rebounds, but she’s shooting just 37.1% from the field as a post player, which is the fourth-worst of any qualified player in the league, and the lowest of any forward or center by a wide margin.

Fellow rookie Caitlin Clark is shooting just a shade higher at 38.3% from the field, but she’s also averaging 2.7 three-pointers per game on 8.1 three-point attempts as a perimeter player. Reese has not made a single three-pointer all season and doesn’t leave the painted area on offense. Whitlock says that most of Reese’s rebounds are off her own misses. Reese has shot over 50% from the field only twice in 13 games, and her Sky team is just 4-9 on the season — a game back of Clark’s Fever who have already beaten the Sky both times they’ve played.

Clark’s 56.0% true shooting percent ranks 40th in the league, while Reese’s 46.0% true shooting percentage ranks 106th.

Check out the segment below as Whitlock calls Reese ‘incredibly unathletic’ and ‘as uns𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ed as any player in the WNBA.’

Jason Whitlock: “Angel Reese is arguably the most overrated athlete in all of sports. She is as uns𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ed as any player in the WNBA. She is awkward – and none of this gets talked about – look at the way she runs. Her lower body seems to be disconnected from her upper body. She’s incredibly unathletic. She has no s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁, no post-game. Candace Parker I’m sure watches her and laughs and thinks like ‘THEY THINK THIS WOMAN IS GOING TO BE ME??’

This woman is a rebounder and that’s it. She has no other s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁, and that’s why she hates Caitlin Clark so much. If Charles Barkley or someone else would make that point, the world would melt.”

Steve Kim: “The most appealing and entertaining part of Angel Reese’s game is when she walks into the locker room with her daily ‘fit’ as the kids say. She basically has the game of Joakim Noah, and she’s talked about like she’s Derrick Rose. We have to be honest about this.”

Whitlock: “She WISHES she had Joakim Noah’s game. Anybody can watch her in the post and see how she just throws the ball up and a lot of times it gets swatted away.”
