Anthony Joshua’s Unbelievable Stretch Routine Unveiled Just Before Dubois Title Bout!

Anthony Joshua has revealed an intriguing look into his training regime, explaining a peculiar stretch in which the former world heavyweight champion climbed onto another athlete. Joshua will face Daniel Dubois in an all-British heavyweight fight at Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening, hoping to continue his career revival after two defeats to Oleksandr Usyk.

The massive heavyweight showdown has sold out, with 96,000 people anticipated to attend, with Joshua the favourite to win. AJ is seeking to become a three-time world champion, with the IBF heavyweight title up for grabs after Usyk abandoned it, while Dubois has yet to win a global title.

Before his fight, Anthony Joshua provided an interesting look into his training schedule.

Prior to the tantalizing bout, both boxers have been trying to make the other uncomfortable. AJ did this by glaring out his opponent during a pre-fight press conference, and Dubois nearly collided with Joshua months before.

At Wembley, Joshua will be looking to become the third world champion when he fights Daniel Dubois (right).

Now that training camps have concluded, Joshua has discussed the advantages of an odd stretch that has gone viral.

In what appears to be a very uncomfortable stance, the 34-year-old is shown in the footage climbing onto the back of another man, locking arms with his feet, and being pushed up to the ceiling.

However, Joshua has stated that it has really benefited him as he looks to gain the upper hand over Dubois with the world title belt at stake.

Joshua added, “I was in Texas here training and this guy is like a gymnast and he helps a lot of NFL players,” in an interview with Sky Sports.

Joshua has provided an odd justification for the strange stretching technique he used when living in America.

This is an insane stretch. Still, it’s a pleasant feeling. However, it’s a really nice extension.

“Recovery requires flexibility; it’s an uncommon strategy, but it works,” he continued.

Prior to the highly anticipated battle, both boxers will weigh in on Friday night, giving fans a preview of who will be the heavier opponent. In an attempt to gain an advantage, Dubois may be expected to tilt the scales, but Joshua has historically weighed in lighter under current coach Ben Davison.
