The SusđâŻđes’ friend slated the claims as ‘ill-informed’ – but staff continue to leave the pair’s employ en masse
A friend of the exiled Duke and Duchess of SusđâŻđ has criticized a recent bombshell report labeling Meghan Markle as a “dictator in high heels.” The article, published in The Hollywood Reporter, described Meghan, 43, as “Duchess Difficult,” claiming that “everyone’s terrified” of her and exploring the couple’s struggles to retain staff.
This scrutiny follows the resignation of Josh Kettler, who served as chief of staff for just three months. Sources quoted in the report alleged that Meghan “belittles people” and “doesn’t take advice,” with one claiming, “She marches around like a dictator, fuming and barking orders,” while reducing grown men to tears.
The report also portrayed both SusđâŻđes as “poor decision-makers” who frequently change their minds. While Harry is described as charming, he is viewed as an enabler of Meghan’s alleged behavior.
The couple did not comment on the report when approached by GB News. This article has reignited past allegations of Meghan’s “bullying behavior,” which she previously dismissed as a “calculated smear campaign.”
In defense of the couple, a friend remarked that the reporting is “ill-informed and very one-sided.” Despite such defenses, the couple has developed a reputation for high staff turnover, reportedly losing at least 18 employees since their marriage in 2018.
Lady Victoria Hervey commented on Harry’s dependence on Meghan, stating that he appears “deprived of freedom.” She suggested that Meghan is worried about Harry straying and restricted him from hosting a party for his 40th birthday. “I think she keeps him on a really tight leash,” she noted, emphasizing Harry’s dependency on Meghan for emotional support.
