Tom Sandoval is feeling the backlash from his affair with co-star Raquel Leviss going public.
The Vanderpump Rules star and his cover band, Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras, are struggling to fill seats for their concerts. They have resorted to offering 2-for-1 specials on tickets in an effort to keep their current tour going.
Most recently, the band performed in Long Island, New York, and just two hours before showtime, only half of the auditorium was filled. Tom and his band were forced to have the venue send out an email on Tuesday offering a deal in hopes of getting audience members in seats, per Page Six.
“Come see Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras May 4th,” an email sent out by the theater on Tuesday said. “Bring a friend on us with our 2-for-1 ticket special.”
If, for some reason, you’re dying to see Tom in person, ticket prices are currently ranging from $42 to $70.
Ironically, it was at one of these very concerts that his affair was discovered by his then-girlfriend of a near decade, Ariana Madix.
According to Tom, his phone fell out of his pocket while performing with The Most Extras, and it was diligently picked up by Ariana, who later discovered explicit messages and a video on the device that were sent to Tom by Raquel.
Just days later, the news of what has now been dubbed ‘Scandoval’ hit the press, and it’s been dominating headlines ever since.
Tom has repeatedly gone on the defense and tried to do damage control, including an ill-advised interview with Howie Mandel that did nothing to help his case.
At one of his performances back in March, Tom asked the crowd, “Have you ever been one of the most hated people in America?” He was seemingly trying to garner sympathy by saying this, according to Us Weekly.
Much of the crowd reacted by screaming, “Cheater!” Others chanted, “Ariana!”
As the months have gone by, the drama of Scandoval has only deepened as the latter portion of season 10 of Vanderpump Rules continues to play out.
Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
