According to a source, heir to the throne Prince William is already looking ahead to when he is King – and has already thought about what his reign will mean for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Prince William is reportedly mapping out his future reign and its implications for his estranged brother, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.

The tension between the two brothers has escalated into a bitter feud that shows no signs of resolution. One major flashpoint was Harry’s explosive memoir, Spare, where he alleged that William physically attacked him during a heated confrontation at Kensington Palace. Since stepping back from royal duties nearly four years ago, Harry and Meghan have settled in California, pursuing various projects, including collaborations with Netflix.

According to a source from the Express, William’s plans for his reign include keeping the Sus𝓈ℯ𝓍es at a distance. The insider shared, “William is already preparing for when he becomes King, and he doesn’t envision a place for Harry and Meghan in the Royal Family. There’s a strong belief that bringing them back into the fold would be a mistake, and they should remain on the fringes indefinitely.”

Recently, William and Harry had a brief encounter at a memorial service for their late uncle. Reports indicate they stood nearly “back to back” without uttering a word to each other. It marked their first appearance together since King Charles’ coronation last year, and despite being just “five yards” apart, they reportedly did not communicate at all.

Prince Harry made a rushed trip to the UK from his California home for the service this week after Lord Fellowes, who was Princess Diana’s brother-in-law as well as private secretary to the late-Queen during the 1990s, sadly passed away last month at the age of 82. But while the two brothers were able to put aside their differences for one day to pay their respects, mourners at the event claimed both made it very clear they would not be publicly speaking with one another. One mourner told The Sun : “They were only five yards from each other.”
