Edwards recently declared his entry into the world of professional boxing and finally made his debut on Saturday, August 31, 2024.

He announced the news on his X handle with a statement that said, “Breaking News: Excited to announce my entry into the world of professional boxing! Thrilled to join the Cruiserweight division roster on @MisfitsBoxing.

“Get ready for an electrifying debut as I step into the ring to showcase my s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s and determination.”

Edwards competed in the Misfits Boxing Cruiserweight class, managed by social media star Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji, an English professional boxer who was born in Nigeria and goes by the stage name KSI.

The former track sensation Edwards prevailed against Jake Cornish in his debut bout.

Edwards has now taken to social media to thank God for the victory against Cornish.
