Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian are making unforgettable memories with their eldest daughter.
The couple kicked off the new year by sharing photos from a special trip to the Caribbean with daughter Olympia.
Williams and Ohanian — who also share newborn daughter Adira River — appeared to be enjoying some special one-on-one time with Olympia. Dressed as pirates, the couple went on a treasure hunt with Olympia, which included digging up “a deserted island in the Caribbean.”
“A rogue pirate stole a bunch of gifts for Jr. and she had to make a map, find buried treasure on a deserted island in the Caribbean, and dig it up. I think we all know who digs the most,” Ohanian captioned a photo of him helping his little girl dig.
Another set of photos shared by the former professional tennis player shows more footage of their island adventure, with the caption, “Yes, we’re doing something unexpected in 2024… keeping everyone guessing.”
In November 2023, the 23-time Grand Slam champion revealed that Olympia was successfully “transforming” into Adira’s older sister.
“She loves it,” Williams told Entertainment Tonight at the CFDA Awards. “Adira is like a 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢, so Olympia just calls her her little sister.”
According to the source, Williams explained that Olympia “prayed for a sister,” but revealed that she herself was a little “nervous” about Adira’s arrival.
“I was like, ‘Okay, I don’t know if I can like someone as much as I like Olympia,’” Williams said. “I was really nervous about it. But I feel like everything is working out.”
The couple first announced Adira’s arrival on TikTok . In the video shared on Williams’ account, the family can be seen sitting at a table, with Olympia leaning on Williams while Ohanian types on a laptop in front of them.
Williams then stands up and says she’ll be right back, before returning with a 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 wrapped tightly in her arms. As Williams sits down between her husband and daughter, they both admire the newborn, and Olympia kisses her sister on the forehead. The TikTok ends with two adorable Polaroid photos of the new family of four.
“Welcome my beautiful angel,” the athlete captioned the video.
