This initiative aims to amplify the voices of Black women to policymakers in D.C., urging them to engage in discussions aimed at narrowing the racial wealth gap.

According to a 2021 report by One Million Black Women, policies addressing the earnings gap for Black women could boost the U.S. annual GDP growth by $300 to $450 billion.
