She is the movie star the internet can’t stop talking about.
Blake Lively, 37, has sparked controversy with the press tour of her recently released movie, It Ends With Us, due to her ‘offensive’ and ‘inappropriate’ comments said to downplay the severity of the film’ subject matter, domestic violence.
Viral clips show the actor, who is married to Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds, encouraging people to watch the dark and ‘triggering’ film by saying, ‘grab your girls and wear your florals!’
But it’s not just Lively’s attitude that’s attracted attention; cosmetic surgeons have been focused on her face, too. Or rather, how its changed over the years.
In a hugely popular video that’s been viewed nearly 150,000 times, top cosmetic doctor Dr Jonny Betteridge has highlighted the series of procedures that may explain her transformation.
Dr Jonny Betteridge of London clinic JB Aesthetics has voiced suspicions that the mother-of-four has undergone procedures to change the appearance of her eyes, nose and lips.
Dr Betteridge said he suspects she’s undergone cosmetic treatments to change the appearence of her upper eyelids, nose, lips and teeth.
Contrasting an image of Lively early on in her career, with a recent picture taken almost two decades later at the It Ends With Us premiere, he said: ‘Treatments to achieve this transformation would involve Botox to soften fine lines and wrinkles.
‘Upper eyelid surgery to reduce the appearance of hooded eyes, a nose job to create a narrow nose bridge and sharper contour and lip filler to increase the size and volume of the lips.’
He added that the mother-of four has likely also undergone ‘intricate dental work’ including ‘gum contouring and veneers’ to achieve the perfect smile.
Gum contouring is a procedure that lasts around one hour, and involves using a laser or surgical instruments to remove gum tissue so it looks more in proportion to the teeth.
Dr Betteridge is complimentary of Lively’s cosmetic work, adding that it looks ‘natural and proportionate.

Dr Betteridge is not the only expert to have commented on the star’s suspected procedures.
Earlier this year, Dana Omari-Harrell, who runs a popular plastic surgery-themed Instagram account @IGFamousByDana, also claimed the star may have undergone a rhinoplasty.
Sharing a number of photos featuring Blake over the years, she wrote, ‘a little birdie told me Blake Lively’s gorgeous rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston).’
‘Obviously this post isn’t a full breakdown of what I believe she’s had for the amazing and natural-looking glow up. I have talked about Blake’s nose job and her bleph before, but never a full breakdown.’
‘Anyway, just wanted to share her (alleged) plastic surgeon responsible for this gorgeous rhinoplasty,’ she added.
Lively has never publicly confirmed or denied having a rhinoplasty.
She has also never shared whether she’s a fan of non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as fillers or injections like Botox.
Though she glams it up for the red carpet, the star previously told Vogue that she keep her make-up casual for her everyday life.
‘On a day-to-day basis I just normally wear sunscreen, tinted moisturizer and nothing else really. Nothing really make-uppy,’ she shared.
It’s also been reported that she’s a fan of facial steamers, as per Women’s Health.
In 2011, pictures of the actress surfaced from her time at Burbank High School in California.

Her yearbook picture from 2002 shows the star with crooked teeth that were soon straightened out with braces.
She also experimented with her long blonde locks during her youth, trying out tight curls during one cheerleading competition.
Images from her later school years clearly show her blossoming into the confident actress we know today.
In one frame, the star can be seen striking a pose in a figure-hugging formal dress that is slashed to the thigh.
Of course, the actress is now in darling on the red carpet, with designers queuing up to dress her.
Nowadays Lively is a busy mom to four kids; James, nine, Inez, seven, Betty, four, and Olin, one.
On Thursday, she looked stunning in another elegant floral gown while attending the It Ends With Us premiere in London.
The movie follows Lily, a floral designer who falls in love with neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid (portrayed by Justin Baldoni), years after losing touch with her first love, Atlas (played by Brandon), after he joined the military.
