Leaking Priyanka Chopra’s Ex-BF Shahid Kapoor’s Important Message For Her On Getting Engaged To Nick Jonas.

Another pretty damsel from the Bollywood land is taken and we still can’t believe it! The mention is of none other than international sensation, Priyanka Chopra. The actress whose relationship with Hollywood singer, Nick Jonas was doing the rounds for quite some time had an official traditional roka ceremony in Mumbai at Priyanka’s Juhu bungalow on August 18, 2018.

Priyanka and Nick’s traditional engagement ceremony was held in the morning with the puja by pandits, and then, later on, it was followed by a grand party in the evening. Who’s who from the Bollywood fraternity and the town were present. While Parineeti Chopra, Arpita Khan, Anusha Dandekar were some of the guests at the roka, the party saw Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ambanis and others joining the celebrations.

Soon after the couple made it official through their social media handles, wishes started pouring in for the couple. Gigi Hadid wrote, “So happy for you two,” Preity Zinta wrote, “Congratulations to my dear Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas on their new journey together. Wish you both loads of love, happiness and togetherness always. Ting,” Hrithik Roshan wrote, “Huge congratulations,” Bipasha Basu congratulated and said, “Congratulations sweetheart. Have a beautiful life together forever.”  And then there are some of the known names who congratulated them.

One of Priyanka Chopra’s rumoured ex-boyfriends, Shahid Kapoor too wished her on her engagement with Nick Jonas. Shahid Kapoor, who is busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Batti Gul Meter Chalu, in an interaction with the media, said, “Many, many congratulations to Priyanka and Nick. Marriage is a beautiful thing, I can say that from my experience and I wish her all the best.” For the unfamiliar ones, Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra have earlier worked together in the films like Kaminey and Teri Meri Kahaani.

It was earlier reported that Shahid and Priyanka were seeing each other. Though there was no confirmation from either side, their growing closeness started doing the talks in the town. According to a throwback report by DNA, Priyanka called Shahid to the rescue when her house was raided by the income tax department in 2011.

Priyanka had herself revealed the same back then and shared, “Yes, Shahid was there at my apartment when it (the income tax raids) happened. He lives just three minutes away from my home and it was but natural for me to give him a call when all that was happening. My mother was also supposed to be there but she couldn’t make it. So I gave him a call and he rushed to my apartment just as he was (reportedly in shorts).”

Nonetheless, if at all the two were dating some time back, Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra have happily and cordially moved on in life. And now, Priyanka too has found her true love and we are happy for her!
