During a trip to the bowling alley, Drake has attempted to regain the moniker “69 God” in retaliation for Kendrick Lamar.
Over the weekend, the Toronto rapper went bowling with pals. In a video that was shared online, the rapper’s name appeared on the screen at the establishment and read “69 God,” which is a reference to Kendrick Lamar’s diss song “Not Like Us.”
After accusing Drake of being a pedophile, Kendrick continuously rapped on the song, “Freaky ass n-gga, he a 69 God,” making charges about Drake’s đâŻđual life.
Actress Keke Palmer recently questioned the lyric on the track, claiming she didn’t understand why it was a criticism.
In an Instagram video, the Nope star wanted an explanation, saying: âNow, this is no shade, no tea, but I have a question. I really am curious of whatâs so bad about being a 69 God?
âI guess what Iâm saying is, far as I knew, yâknow, 69 was something that just made you a reciprocal, right? So if youâre a 69 God, yâknow, whatâs so bad about that? I must be missing something. Weâll see, boo.â
In the caption of her post, she wrote: âIt seems that the â69 godâ person would be in the business of pleasing, what am I missing here? lol inquiring minds must know!â
The bee fbetween the Hip Hop titans was also recently criticized by Camila Cabello who worked with Drake on her new album C,XOXO.
âHe is such a delight,â Cabello said of Drizzy in an interview with The Times. âItâs so frustrating to see people talk about someone you know in a way that is negative. Youâre like, âDang, if only you guys could just have dinner or something.ââ
The pop star also explained how the two ended up working together: âHeâs the fucking GOAT, so it felt like shooting for the stars,â before recalling an Instagram exchange with the 6 God.
âI showed him the album when I felt comfortable enough and he really liked it. [The feature] came out of a nontransactional place. He had this idea of a song called âHot Uptown,â and it just felt like I was in the city. I was in Miami.â
