World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has gone toe-to-toe with Cristiano Ronaldo after the two posed for a photo on Thursday evening.
The pair, who are regarded as arguably the best in their respective sports, are currently enjoying breaks away in Dubai in a bid to escape the chilly winter conditions of England and Italy.
The duo met up following Ronaldo’s night of success after he was crowned Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards in United Arab Emirates.

Ronaldo is set to head back to Turin in the next week or so following Juve’s return to action, which sees them go up against Bologna in the last 16 of the Coppa Italia on January 12.
Four days later, Ronaldo will be expected to line up for the Old Lady when they take on AC Milan in the Supercoppa Italiana final – Ronaldo’s first chance to win some silverware at Juve.

Like Ronaldo, Joshua has also been enjoying a well-earned holiday break in Dubai.
The Watford-born boxer has already bumped into Robin van Persie as the two enjoyed riding dune buggies in the desert.
Joshua also spent some time to unwind as he got a neck massage in preparation for his next big bout.
It hasn’t all been painless for Joshua, however, after the 29-year-old got his nostrils waxed while he is out in the United Arab Emirates.
