Ciara and Russell Wilson are officially saying goodbye to their Washington home!

The Grammy-winning singer, 38, and former Seattle Seahawks quarterback, 35, have found a buyer for their sprawling lakefront home in Bellevue.

Nearly two years after the 11,100-square-foot abode hit the market for $36 million in April 2022, the property is finally in contract to be sold for $21.25 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. The pair sold an adjacent lot in 2022 which would bring their entire estate sale to a grand total of $31 million, per the outlet.

Ciara and Wilson — who tied the knot in July 2016 and share four children together — bought the mansion for $6.7 million in 2015, according to property records.

Equipped with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home offers stunning views of Lake Washington along with the Seattle skyline. It has a number of impressive amenities such as a two-story treehouse, three-story elevator, full gym, home theater and more.

Carmen Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. currently holds the listing.
