Unbelievable TikTok: The Boys’ Ryan Actor’s Hilarious Experience Watching Season 4 with Parents!

Cameron Crovetti of The Boys shares what it’s like to watch Season 4 with his parents. Crovetti plays Ryan in The Boys, a character introduced at the end of the first season.

He is the son of Homelander and Billy Butcher’s late wife Becca, and he is the universe’s first naturally born Supe. Ryan has a larger part in The Boys season 4, as Homelander attempts to train him to become more strong.

In a new TikTok from Crovetti, the actor explains what it is like to watch The Boys season 4 sitting next to his parents. The video starts with Crovetti standing in his living room, with the caption “Me watching the new episodes of The Boys with my family.” It then cuts to a shot of Crovetti with a red filter, with text reading “The sauna scene in episode 2.”

Crovetti cuts to a close-up, removing all semblance of serenity. Instead of a casual nod to his family members, Crovetti’s countenance is horrified. The episode 2 scenario in question features a character named Splinter, who has the ability to generate several duplicates of himself. Though Splinter is presented in a completely innocent manner, the character is subsequently shown in a human centipede-like position with his clones.

Where Will Ryan’s Story Go in The Boys Season 4?

Ryan is torn between Homelander and Butcher.

In typical fashion for The Boys, the Splinter sauna scene is far from the only obscenity in season 4 so far. Episode 4 in particular had examples of gratuitous violence, as Homelander wreaked havoc on his childhood lab. The season also contains copious nudity, including late in the Splinter episode, wherein The Boys team must fight a group of naked clones to defeat Splinter.

In season 4 of The Boys, Ryan finds himself in an unusual situation, despite the opening episodes’ brutal violence. The character has far more agency than in past seasons, when he was restricted to the background. Homelander’s desire to raise his superpowered son grows alongside Ryan.Ryan fails to control his talents correctly, accidently murdering a man in a simulated fight early in the season.

Season 4 also features Ryan’s friendship with Billy Butcher, which is fascinating. In fulfillment of Becca’s last wish, Butcher, who is also dying, feels compelled to protect Ryan and free him from Homelander’s grasp. Corrupted by his biological father’s pro-Seven propaganda, Ryan appears to be more interested in following Homelander. It will be fascinating to watch where Ryan ends up as The Boys season 4 progresses.
