Brittany gained 40 lbs during each of oher pregnancies, and admits she struggled with self-confidence, which was worsened by suffering through bouts of postpartum depression.

She gives birth to a 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 girl, Navy, and notes all the “natural” activities that running around with two children brings. After giving birth, Brittany explained, “I feel like if I take responsibility and focus on my health and what I put into my body, it will reflect on the outside.” She started the South Beach diet herself and claims she saw immediate results.

“South Beach works for me because I’m able to eat often and I don’t ever feel like I’m starving myself. I feel very healthy, I feel good, and in turn I’m losing weight,” she explained.

She also credits the ease of the program for being able to keep on track while on the road with her husband on tour.

Brittany says she keeps containers of the snacks on the tour bus, and that, “I find they go missing a lot and it’s either my husband or friends that pop on the bus and grab a bar here and there, a pack of the cheese balls or whatever else it may be. I feel like I’m constantly replenishing on the road!”
