Anthony Joshua jokes he wishes he slept with Amir Khan’s wife as he denies Faryal Makhdoom ‘affair’ claim.

The former heavyweight champ, 32, was once accused of having an affair with the reality TV star by the Olympic silver medallist.

AJ denied the accusations for a second time but joked ‘I wish I did’

Back then, he denied the claims by posting a music video of the Shaggy hit It Wasn’t Me.

Fast forward five years later and the question still crops up.

On Saturday night, Joshua was asked by fan on Twitter: “AJ lad did you f*** Mrs. Khan back in the day?”

Rather than duck an answer, AJ gave a brilliantly funny reply.

“Honestly. I didn’t,” he wrote. “With all the accusations around me name. I wish I did.”

Back in 2017, the heavyweight star was dragged into the middle of a row between Khan and Makhdoom on on social media.

After news broke that Khan and Makhdoom had momentarily split, their disdain for one another seemingly broke out into a public feud.

He accused her of running off with Joshua before she labelled him a “cheater”.

But AJ took the accusations in his stride by laughing off the claims.

After sharing the Shaggy clip, he wrote a tweet: “which said: “Bantz aside, I hope you guys can resolve your situation or this is a hack as we have never even met! Plus I like my women BBW #ItWasntMe”.

Stunning Faryal also blasted Khan. She wrote: “Accusing other boxers just because your boxing career is finished. Man up amir.”

She added: “After all these years. I’ve always defending a cheat, always stuck around for him, always had his back. And I’m called a gold digger?

“LOL! He’s given me jack s*** — I pay house bills and bills for my daughter myself! It’s like I’m a single mother while he’s out messing around.

“And he has the nerve to blast me like that? The amount of evidence I have on you. It can destroy you. But since I loved you at one point in my life. I’ll just let it go.

“I’m not the one who’s been in the papers every month with my pants down Cheater!”
