From moon balls to making plays with his legs, Russell Wilson has produced highlights since entering the NFL.
The veteran joins Pittsburgh with a handful of jaw-dropping plays to get fans on the edge of their seats.
Splitting time with the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks, these are just 10 of the many impressive Wilson moments.

Down three late in the contest, Wilson showcases his clutch gene by sending an incredibly accurate pass to receiver K.J. Hamler. Wilson’s arm strength, along with his accuracy, are just a few things Steeler fans can expect to see.

Here, Wilson links up with longtime pal Tyler Lockett for a 69-yard dish on a platter. Lockett and Wilson collaborated more than a few times in Seattle and more than a few times on this list.
8. Touch-and-go

Going back to 2016 Wilson and Doug Baldwin link-up for a trick play that sees Russ go mobile and catch a receiving TD. Wilson and his elaborate toolkit can be something new that Steelers fans look forward to.

The moon ball comes into play once again as Wilson heaves a pass into a tight window for Courtland Sutton. Wilson displays just how quick he can make a play develop by stepping into the connection with Sutton.

A broken play turns into a massive moment in the 2015 NFC wildcard race. Wilson was able to recover the snap, evade five defenders and flutter a pass to Lockett for the game-changing play. Experiences like this give Wilson a wealth of knowledge to lead a young Pittsburgh offense.
5. Wilson winner

In 2015 Wilson led his Seahawks to an NFC Championship with this throw against the Green Bay Packers. Russ found himself in a crucial moment as the game entered overtime. Once again, the moment was not too big and the established leader quickly ended the contest with a beautiful throw to Jermaine Kearse.
4. Sneaking it in

With the pocket collapsing Wilson is able to find ol’ reliable Lockett in a tight window. Wilson was able to escape using his mobility and find Lockett in the corner of the end zone.

A sight Pittsburgh fans can appreciate, not giving up. Wilson avoids several defenders on what looks like a broken play before completing a pass to Baldwin for positive yards.

Steelers fans witnessing a rushing quarterback has been somewhat of a rare sight recently. Wilson brings this element back and shows it off here as he stiff arms a Cardinal away and sprints to the promise land.

If nine videos showing Wilson’s arm strength were not enough, hopefully this convinces you. Wilson unleashes an accurate pass for the touchdown with no time left on the clock to keep the Broncos alive.
Coming to Pittsburgh, Wilson will fancy his new weapons of George Pickens, Calvin Austin III, Pat Freiermuth, Jaylen Warren, and more. Wilson’s deep pass capability paired with his accuracy will give Steelers opponents something to fear going into the 2024-25 season.
