The Mother Of Kendrick Lamar’s Kids, Whitney Alford, Breaks Her Social Media Silence

On Sunday, May 12, Alford took to her Instagram Story to share a video and message. The mother of two’s post appeared to be the first time she took to the platform to publicly share content amid Kendrick’s rap beef with Drake.

Furthermore, Alford appeared to be celebrating her birthday on Sunday. Additionally, the date marked the Mother’s Day holiday.

Ultimately, Alford shared a message in celebration of herself and her fellow moms.
In the clip, the mother of Lamar’s kids wore a black and white headband, appeared to rock short black curls, and sported a black smock and white T-shirt as she sat in what appeared to be a pottery studio. As the clip played, Alford showed the progress of her creating a bowl.

Social Media Speaks On Whitney Following Her Post

Social media users took to X, formerly known as Twitter, following Alford’s post. One user appeared to think Alford may have an exclusive interview coming the public’s way soon.

Another returned the Mother’s Day love to Alford.

Here’s What Drake Alleged About The Mother Of Kendrick Lamar’s Kids

As The Shade Room previously reported, in Drake’s ‘Family Matters’ diss against Lamar, he referenced Alford when he questioned why Lamar allegedly relocated from California to New York.

“Why did you move to New York? Is it ’cause you livin’ that bachelor life? / Proposed in 2015, but don’t wanna make her your actual wife / I’m guessin’ this wedding ain’t happenin’, right? / ‘Cause we know the girls that you actually like / Your darkest secrets are comin’ to light”

However, this wasn’t the only mention Drizzy made of Alford in the song.

“On some Bobby s**t, I wanna know what Whitney need / All that puppy love was over in y’all late teens”

Additionally, Drizzy alleged that Alford’s social media posts are “always screaming ‘Save me,’” before ultimately alleging that Lamar puts his hands on Alford.

“When you put your hands on your girl, is it self-defense ’cause she bigger than you?” he rapped.

Despite Drizzy’s intense disses toward Lamar, fans have debated whether he walked away with the crown or if Lamar has taken the W on this one.
