Usyk has the biggest fight of his career this weekend.
Oleksandr Usyk is not yet ready to deliver his verdict on Athony Joshua’s improvements after he linked up with Ben Davison.
Joshua made the switch to Davison last year after a short spell with Derrick James in America and the results so far have looked impressive.
In December, Joshua looked back to his menacing best when he became the first man to stop Otto Wallin.
The 2012 Olympic champion followed up that win by stopping Francis Ngannou in March with the bout only lasting two rounds.
Usyk, who holds two wins over Joshua, faces Tyson Fury this weekend, but he’s offered his opinion on his former rival.
“I don’t know because Francis Ngannou and Otto Wallin [are] good boxers, but not top-level boxers,” said Usyk when speaking to Boxing King Media .
Anthony is a great man, a great boxer, Olympic champion. His last fight was great because Anthony is an Olympic champion, and it was Ngannou’s second boxing fight.
Listen people, wake up, Olympic champion and a man who has two fights, it’s different.”
