A sprawling harbourside mansion once rented by Hollywood star Jason Statham is up for auction in New Zealand.
The Fast and the Furious star stayed in the $20million home with fiancé Rosie Huntington Whiteley while filming ‘The Meg’ back in 2016.
The Auckland property sits on the waterfront of the Waitemata Harbour at 20 Rawene Street, Westmere.

The home, where Hollywood star Jason Statham lived in 2016, features a 17 metre infinity pool
It’s no wonder the luxury venue played host to the celebrity couple, with a number of impressive rooms including a home theatre and sound-insulated music room.
The property also has an ‘ultimate underground man cave’ – complete with fireplace, bar and TV – as well as a 17-metre infinity pool and spa.
It’s up for sale by Sotheby’s International, who describe the home as having ‘the aura of a modern day castle’.
‘Warmth and light from the northwest brings all-day sun and relaxing ambience on 1978 sq m of waterfront.
‘The property has riparian rights and a beautiful panorama with changing seascapes as it transitions from full tide to the picturesque beauty of the uncovered Meola Reef,’ the listing reads.

The waterfront property is littered with concrete and cedar touches which contribute to the $20 million asking price
Sotheby’s International also points to its celebrity status as a selling point in their listing.
‘This majestic concrete and cedar home has played host to a number of special events with world political leaders, music and movie stars,’ the listing reads.
The home was designed by Ponting Fitzgerald, created by merging two blocks of land next to each other and then establishing a ‘land meets the sea’ design, according to Oneroof.
The property is expected to sell for at least $20 million.
