With his career in flux, it might behoove him to sell the two pricey mansions he owns—in the two NFL cities he’s called home. Wilson’s status with the Broncos deteriorated rapidly, and he was benched toward the end of the 2023 season. According to NBCSports.com, “When the Broncos benched quarterback Russell Wilson it quickly became obvious that they’ll cut him before his 2025 salary of $37 million becomes fully guaranteed on March 17.”

The Bellevue mansion has been on and off the market since April 2022, shortly after he departed for the Rocky Mountains. Prices have ranged from $36 million to the current list price of $26 million. Wilson and his wife, Grammy-winning pop star Ciara, picked up the property for $6.7 million in 2015, in the midst of his Seahawks glory days.
The bluff-top estate overlooking Lake Washington measures 11,104 square feet and includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms. A dramatic foyer with a spiral staircase and crystal chandelier, plus distinctive living, dining, and family rooms, all with fireplaces, are among the home’s high-end features.
