The vocalist was nominated for five 2023 Grammy Awards

Mary J. Blige played her song “Good Morning Gorgeous” at the 2023 Grammy Awards tonight (February 5) in Los Angeles. She was supported by a string section and back up singers. Watch it happen below.

Blige received 2023 Grammy nominations in the Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best R&B Performance, Best Traditional R&B Performance, and Best R&B Song categories. The deluxe version of her 2022 album, Good Morning Gorgeous, and its songs “Here With Me,” featuring Anderson .Paak, and “Good Morning Gorgeous” were the recognized works. She arrived at tonight’s ceremony with nine prior Grammy wins and did not win any new awards.
