But when it comes to being a brand ambassador, Serena Williams is just as dedicated to the cause.
The tennis champ took some time out from her hectic training schedule to host a fun-filled lingerie event for Berlei at Myer in Melbourne on Thursday and had heads turning in an edgy ensemble.

Who is the face of the brand and currently fronts a Berlei television commercial, opted for a patterned sports bra with a purple trim, which she teamed with a high-waisted black skater skirt that featured a chic leather panel.
While there’s no denying the sports bra was a daring yet stylish choice, the Florida resident added a billowing cropped blazer for a hint of modest. The lines of her outfit meant her incredible washboard abs were on full display.

Adding height to her 175cm frame, the talented athlete worked a pair of netted peep-toe stilettos, which perfectly complimented her toned legs.

She finished off her look with poker-straight locks, fresh and glowing make-up, a silver belly button ring, white nail polish and a dainty necklace.
While many celebrities are happy to endorse a product, Serena took it one step further by recruiting a group of models to put the sports bras to the test – performing a series of onstage exercises, which proved just how supportive the bra is.
Speaking earlier this week about her involvement with Berlei Williams said: ‘My mum first discovered Berlei while on a trip to Australia almost 10 years ago and I have been wearing their bras ever since – for every tennis match without fail.

‘So when the brand approached me to work with them on their latest campaign for 2015, I jumped at the chance.
‘I had such a great time shooting my very first TV commercial for the brand, it’s such an exciting campaign that I’m very proud to be part of,’ she said.
The 2015 Australian Open kicks off in Melbourne on January 19 and runs until February 1.
