Kim Kardashian took her mind off the drama with her ex Kanye West as she slipped into a very plunging dress and posed for 𝓈ℯ𝓍y Instagram snaps on Monday. The billionaire businesswoman, 44, who shares four children with Kanye, 47, was reportedly left distraught after the rapper dragged their daughter North, 11, into the Diddy scandal with a new song which features her voice. Kanye posted the new song on X last week, called LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE, apparently featuring Diddy, Diddy’s son Christian ‘King’ Combs and North.
Diddy is currently in jail awaiting trial on charges including 𝓈ℯ𝓍 trafficking, and after the song was uploaded, a source has shared that Kim has sought legal action to prevent its release and have it taken down from X. Amid the furore, Kim flashed her ample cleavage in the sizzling snaps and danced around a room as she modelled the thin-strapped dress. Following Kim’s response, Kanye then blasted the ‘Kardashian mob’ in his latest X tirade.

He hit out at the Kardashians as he compared getting visitation rights to see his four children to being ‘in jail.’ He also claimed that his ‘rights have been taken away by the Kardashian mob, Hulu and Disney, and branded any stars with opinions on him as ‘slaves to the Jews.’ He added: ‘Yes I have beef with people that froze my account, took my kids away and have tried to put me in jail and ITS STUCK; ‘I DON’T WANT TO JUST ”SEE” MY KIDS. I NEED TO RAISE THEM. I NEED TO HAVE SAY SO OF WHERE THEY GO TO SCHOOL AND WHO THEIR FRIENDS ARE AND WHOSE HOUSES THEY SLEEP OVER WHETHER MY DAUGHTERS WEAR LIPSTICK AND PERFUM. ‘ALL THESE RIGHTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME BY THE KARDASHIAN MOB, HULU AND DISNEY AND THE BIGGEST AGENDA TO USE THE SELECTIVELY BRED BLACK CHILDREN TO BE PLATFORMS TO INFLUENCE BLACK PEOPLE.’ ‘JUST SEEING MY KIDS IS LIKE VISITATION ITS LIKE IM IN PRISON ”SEEING” MY KIDS I DONT CARE IF I LIVE OR DIE OR IF IM IN JAIL OR FREE AND I ESPECIALLY DONT CARE ABOUT WHATEVER THESE P***Y ASS CELEBRITIES GOT TO SAY THAT ARE SLAVES TO THE JEWS.’
Shortly before the track was released, Kanye posted – then deleted – screen-grabs allegedly showing a vicious text exchange between him and Kim in which he threatened to go ‘to war’ with her.

The rapper had shared – and deleted- threatening texts with the reality star where he threatened to ‘go to war’ with her, after releasing a song by Diddy which features North’s voice
The supposed conversation makes it appear that Kim holds the copyright to North’s name and was using it to try to prevent her from being included in a track with Diddy – provoking a furious reaction from Kanye. In the grabs, Kanye texts Kim: ‘I’m never speaking with you again,’ along with a snippet of what appeared to be a legal document, including the phrase: ‘participation in this project,’ presumably in reference to the new song. Kim allegedly shoots back: ‘I asked u at the time if I can trademark her name,’ alleging: ‘You said yes,’ and adding: ‘When she’s 18 it goes to her.’ The grabs then show her evidently admonishing Kanye to ‘stop,’ saying: ‘I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song To protect her’. Kim, who is an aspiring lawyer, allegedly continues: ‘One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born i would get all of our kids names and trademarks So no would else would take them.’
Kanye is seen to be unmoved, purportedly retorting: ‘Amend it or I’m going to war And neither of us will recover from the public fallout,’ then darkly declaring: ‘You’re going to have to 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 me.’In the wake of the song’s release, a source exclusively informed DailyMail.com that Kim ‘will do whatever it takes to protect her kids from the hateful speech that Kanye continues to spur at this time.’ The insider added that Kim ‘has requested through a judge to not allow the kids to be around that type of behavior.’

Kanye allegedly told her that participating in the song would lead to the release of his upcoming Sunday Service. After learning about the track, sources claim Kim sent cease-and-desist letters demanding that Kanye not move forward with its release. An emergency hearing reportedly took place, which Kanye did not attend, where he allegedly agreed to hold off on dropping the track.
Kim is said to be particularly concerned about North’s involvement due to the ongoing legal troubles surrounding Diddy. Insiders say she has been working behind the scenes to keep North out of the situation. Shortly before releasing the track, Kanye posted an alleged text conversation with Kim, hinting at a brewing conflict by telling fans, ‘We’re going to war,’ per TMZ. With the song now out, that battle seems to have officially begun.
