As per the Zapkey.com, a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000 was paid for this property which was bought from Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP.  This is the couple’s second purchase in this building.

Previously, the couple bought a sea-facing quadruplex worth Rs 119 crore in what is counted as the most expensive residential property deals in India. Spread across floors 16, 17, 18 and 19 of the building, the total carpet area of the property is 11,266 sqft. The property has an exclusive terrace of 1,300 sqft and 19 parking lots.
