Priyanka Chopra Jonas is stepping back from the glam!
On Thursday, June 20, the actress, 41, documented her time filming the upcoming action movie The Bluff in Australia’s Gold Coast with a carousel of images and clips shared on Instagram.
The first clip showed Chopra with a fake bloody nose and lip, as well as dirt and blood on her chest. “Yeah, when you do action movies. It’s really glamorous,” the Citadel star jokingly told the camera.
“Yeah, another day at the office,” she added.
Chopra also shared a photo of herself and 2-year-old daughter Malti Marie’s shadows as they stood with her friend Tamanna Dutt and her son Thiaan.
Another photo showed Malti Marie — whom Chopra shares with her husband Nick Jonas, 31 — posing with large green glasses, while a further snap showed Chopra posing with friends including stuntwoman-actress Anisha Tee Gibbs.
A different snap showed her The Bluff co-star Karl Urban, 52, posing with a drink, while other images showed her real-life injuries sustained during filming, including cuts on her leg and a bruise on her shoulder that she’d seemingly gotten while doing stunts for the upcoming flick.
“Lately 💪🏽🙏🏽❤️,” Chopra captioned the post, adding shoutouts to the movie’s director Frank E. Flowers, Amazon Prime and the Russo Brothers, and their media company AGBO.
This isn’t the first time Chopra has shared her on-set injuries this week. On Wednesday, June 19, the former Miss World pageant winner posted a photo of the neck injury she’d sustained while doing a stunt on her Instagram Stories.
“Oh the professional hazards on my jobs #latestaquisition #thebluff #stunts,” Chopra wrote across the photo.
The snap showed the bottom part of Chopra’s face, as well as her chest and neck that featured a long red cut.
Per Deadline, Chopra plays a former female pirate in the upcoming flick, which is set in the 19th-century Caribbean. The character has to “protect her family when the mysterious sins of her past catch up to her,” according to the outlet.
Chopra has been sharing multiple images from her time in Australia, while her husband Jonas has been busy with projects including filming his upcoming musical comedy, Power Ballad, in Dublin, Ireland.
Earlier this month, the actress shared an adorable snap on Instagram of their daughter Malti Marie sitting on top of her while looking away from the camera. Chopra smiled while partially covering her face behind the little one.
“Her ❤️Miss u @nickjonas,” she wrote in the caption, as Jonas replied in the comments section, “My whole world.”
The couple tied the knot on Dec. 1, 2018, before welcoming Malti via surrogate in January 2022.
