Even former supporters are gradually “turning around”, Harry and Meghan are trying to regain public sympathy after the scandals

The royal couple faced a wave of opposition from their own supporters. Now, Harry and Meghan are trying to win back the public’s affection after their split with the British royal family.

The Duke and Duchess of Sus𝓈ℯ𝓍 recently sat down for an interview with journalist Jane Pauley on CBS. This was their second appearance on American television since their explosive conversation with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. During the interview, the couple discussed their new initiative to protect children from online abuse.

The initiative, called the Parents Network, is designed to support parents in protecting their children from online abuse. Duchess Meghan has spoken out about the devastating effects of the issue, urging people to ask themselves: “What if it was my daughter, what if it was my son, who I love, and one day, right under our roof, our entire lives were changed by something completely out of our control?” She added: “And if you look at it from a parent’s perspective, there’s no other way to do it than to try and find a solution . ”

The interview has received widespread praise from social media users. One commented: “Having endured more bullying than most, Harry and Meghan truly understand the importance of this project .” Another user expressed support: “I applaud them for using their influence for good . ”

Harry has also continued to be a passionate supporter of veterans, including through the Invictus Games – a sporting event he co-founded in 2014. However, according to royal expert Kinsey Schofield, the royal couple are facing a major problem in trying to win back the public’s affection. Speaking to GB News, Ms. Schofield said that “Meghan’s biggest problem in the past few years” is “realizing there has been a big change in their level of popularity.”

“Royal supporters are no longer interested in Harry and Meghan, they are no longer rooting for their success, because they feel the couple have been cruel and toxic to the Royal Family over the past few years,” Ms Schofield added. A source previously told Closer that the Duchess was struggling to find a CEO for her American Riviera Orchard lifestyle brand.

“The numbers don’t lie and having nearly 20 staff leave speaks for itself. That’s unprecedented, even for a start-up,” the source said . Earlier this month, Meghan and Harry lost their chief people officer Josh Kettler just days before their trip to Colombia. The PR expert resigned after a three-month probationary period, which the Sus𝓈ℯ𝓍es described as a “mutual decision.”

Ms Schofield believes Harry and Meghan believed their own hype when they claimed in the Netflix documentary that the reason they were being ostracised was because they were more famous than the British royal family. The expert said that the couple’s popularity “has seriously declined” and they are now “very eager to win people over again”. Representatives for Harry and Meghan have not yet commented on the above information.
