Beyonce embraces her patriotic side in a pleated skirt and stylish sports jacket as she supports Team USA during the 2024 Paris Olympics

Beyoncé embraced her patriotic side in a series of stylish Instagram snaps shared on Saturday, celebrating the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics. The 42-year-old singer, known for her hit “Crazy In Love,” recently generated excitement with her “iconic” promotional video for Team USA.

In the photos, Beyoncé struck a variety of poses, showcasing her fashionable outfit. She donned a white, pleated miniskirt featuring a striking red and blue trim around the waist, putting her toned legs on display. Complementing the skirt, she wore a white cropped top with sheer sleeves, accentuating her midriff.

To complete her look, Beyoncé opted for open-toed white pumps and layered her ensemble with a Team USA sports jacket adorned with the American flag on the sleeves and back. Her stylish appearance not only highlighted her fashion sense but also her support for the athletes representing the United States.

Beyonce easily carried a small, Jacquemus purse that was made of a blue, denim material to coincide with the color scheme of her look

The songstress took a snap of her Jacquemus purse that was placed on top of a marble countertop, and added patriotic colors over the image.

Beyonce also posed for additional photos while making her way down a staircase, and puckered her lips as she glanced over her left shoulder.

Another picture was taken to show two blue boats that were floating on water in the harbor in the state of New York.

Lastly, she uploaded a final snap to show the back of a large boat that had ‘Chelsea lee’ printed on the back in white lettering.

Also on Saturday, the If I Were A Boy hitmaker shared a video montage that included the same snaps as her track, Riiverdance, played in the background.

Her latest post comes shortly after the star made a surprise appearance during the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony broadcast on NBC Friday night, and introduced several American athletes.

Beyonce rocked a red, white and blue ensemble, including a ‘USA’ leotard and a billowing cape, along with cowboy boots and a cowboy hat.

‘Get a look at America, y’all,’ Beyonce began, as her hit song Ya Ya from her most recent album, Cowboy Carter, played in the background.

‘These hopes and dreams, these superstars that represent us. The people of this big, bold, beautiful, complicated nation. All rooting together for them.’

‘Come on, you’ve gotta love Noah [Lyles] and Sha’Carri [Richardson.] The fastest man and woman on the planet. They’ll race the world anytime, any place,’ she went on.

‘How about Caeleb? Proud papa, back in the drink for more gold. And Katie? The longer the race, the better she swims,’ she continued, referencing swimmers Caeleb Dressel and Katie Ledecky.

‘And I know you know my girl Simone. Born to fly, destined to inspire. We’ve got superstars and we’ve got legends. We’ve got big dreamers who fought their whole lives to get here. Who gave up everything for one shot, and made it.’

Several images of America’s star athletes flashed on screen, interspersed with shots of the Grammy winner twirling around in her red, white and blue ‘fit.

‘That pride and that joy? That’s what gets me about this team. And that’s what makes me believe in this team. And that’s why I can’t wait to see what they pull off over these next 16 days.’

‘America, give it up for Team USA, the very best of who we are. What a vision to behold. What a team to believe in. What a night to celebrate.’

Fans were quick to react to the rousing hype video on social media. ‘Beyoncé introduced Team USA at the Paris Olympics. Iconic!’ one fan wrote on X.

‘My heart swells with patriotism,’ another chimed in.

NBC commentators Kelly Clarkson and Peyton Manning also reacted to the clip when coverage returned to the regular opening ceremony broadcast in France’s capital.

‘Y’all, and what about Beyoncé?’ Clarkson said. ‘Just kicking everything off and getting everybody amped for this. I couldn’t think of a more perfect artist to do that for these athletes.’

Manning chimed in with a reference to the Team USA basketball coach. ‘If I’m Steve Kerr, I’m showing that video before my game. Let Beyoncé do all the talking,’ the former NFL player said.
