With a party that included Vittoria Ceretti, the fiancée of Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tobey Maguire, his best friend, they were spotted having lunch in New York City on Thursday.

The 49-year-old actor, who played Spider-Man in three different movies, was seen on Thursday dining with 26-year-old Ceretti and four other individuals at a restaurant in Manhattan’s East Village.

Days after his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer revealed that she was engaged to millionaire heir Geoffrey Ogunlesi, 33, the actor from Santa Monica, California, who rode a Citi Bike to the event, was spotted.

The Babylon actor wore a black T-shirt, black ballcap, sunglasses, navy blue pants, and black sneakers.

Ceretti, who has been linked to Maguire’s friend DiCaprio, 49, for more than a year, wore an all-black suit that included a blouse over a long-sleeved white top, slacks, and shoes.

The Brescia, Italy-born beauty wore her brown hair down and parted for a lunchtime stroll with pals.

On an early September day, the group of friends appeared to be having a wonderful time at the Big Apple cafe.

Last month, Maguire joined DiCaprio and Ceretti on a summer vacation to Ibiza, Spain.

Maguire’s own love life has been at the center of speculation in recent months, as he has been linked to a number of fashion models, including Babette Strijbos, 24.

In late July, the Seabiscuit star was spotted on a romantic getaway with Strijbos on the Italian island of Sardinia, alongside DiCaprio.

Maguire had previously been linked to model Lily Chee, 20, after they were seen together at a celebrity-packed July 4 celebration held by businessman Michael Rubin in the Hamptons. Meyer defended her ex-spouse after facing criticism over the outing.

Maguire was photographed conversing with model-actress Tara Louise Wagner in Saint-Tropez, France, in late July.

Maguire and Meyer married in Kona, Hawaii in 2007 and separated nine years later in 2016. They divorced in 2020.

Meyer, the daughter of entertainment executive Ronald Meyer, 79, announced her engagement to Ogunlesi, the son of billionaire Adebayo Ogunlesi, 70, on Instagram Saturday.

Meyer captioned a snapshot of her and her fiancé embracing while she showed off her engagement ring, ‘YES!!!’.

Meyer received congratulations on her announcement from a number of her high-profile pals, including Kelly Rowland, Jenna Dewan, Vanessa Bryant, Paris Hilton, Olivia Munn, Goldie Hawn, and Jennifer Garner, among others.
