And overheard views reveal a stunning home absent of builders, suggesting any residual construction work was completed well ahead of the imposed lockdown.

With prime views across San Fernando Valley, the property boasts a large outdoor infinity pool and split-level gardens – perfect for whiling away the long-hours during self-quarantine.

Inside, the home is no less impressive, with guests welcomed through a large entry hall furnished with tasteful, wood-paneled ceilings and inset lighting.

Above, a glass embellished mezzanine floor looks down at the peers down at the entrance and an adjoining living room, where an enormous marble fire-place serves as a stunning focal point.

Nick, 27, and Priyanka, 37, are understood to have purchased their new home in November, little more than a month before celebrating their first wedding anniversary.

Speaking to the Architectural Digest in November, Nick admitted he and Priyanka were keen to redesign their new home’s interior in accordance with their differing tastes.

He said: ‘I’m on tour, and she’s shooting a movie, so we’re kind of between homes at the moment. But we’re very excited to set up our home together and take those risks, try different things.

‘We can go to the drawing board again if it’s not feeling right and re-create it. We’ll take our time to get that right because there’s certainly no rush.’
