According to reports, Rick Ross’ private jet crashed into Dallas on Friday. In the midst of their ongoing rivalry, the “Hustlin'” rapper is holding Drake responsible for the incident.
The 48-year-old Ross posted via X on Friday, “My jet just crashed; Drake OvO F16 fighter jet just shot us down đ„đ„.”
The rapper from “Stay Schemin'” then posted on Instagram Stories, stating, “We’re on the jet and I can see the fighter jet; I can see its nose.” Like Tom Cruise in “Top Gun,” he said before expressing gratitude to everyone for their prayers.
“I noticed its nose. There he is in the cockpit, and I think to myself, “Damn.” He went on, “I see its cheeks retreating from the G-force.” “And then something happened; I’m not sure what happened, but something did.”
Rick Ross says heâs fine after his private jet reportedly made a crash landing in Dallas on Friday.
But according to the rapper, 48, he says Drake and his OVO F16 fighter jet is behind his planeâs crash.
Ross also continued taunting the âRich Baby Daddyâ rapper, adding âCâmon white boy.
âWhat Iâmma take back about Drakeâs old plane â BBL Drizzy, I know you got the ashtrays in the armrest and in hindsight, thatâs really dope.â
Reps for the âRick Foreverâ rapper, who was seemingly taking the alleged incident in jest, did not immediately return our requests for comment.
Page Six has been unable to confirm the plane crash, but a hip-hop outlet called Keep6ixSolid shared via X Friday photos from the alleged accident.
âRick Rossâs jet makes a crash landing in Dallas,â the Toronto-based outlet tweeted, âHe was just clowning Drake for his Boeing 767.â
âWe on the jet and Iâm seeing the fighter jet, I see its nose. Itâs like Tom Cruise from âTop Gun,’â Ross described.
The OVO rapper has not publicly responded to Rossâ claims.
Ross, whoâs been referring to the bi-racial rapper as âBBL Drizzyâ and âwhite boy,â started a feud with the artist in April.
Drake, 37, hasnât publicly responded to Rossâ comments online â though he did like one post that discussed the incident. His reps did not immediately return Page Sixâs request for comment.
It appears the Canadian rapper is preoccupied fending off another feud with Kendrick Lamar. On Friday night, Drake released a diss record about the âSwimming Poolsâ rapper titled, âFamily Matters.â
His beef with Ross, though, came to a head in April, when Drake got into a battle of words with the âDiced Pineapplesâ artist for accusing him of getting a nose job.
At the time, Ross claimed in a track called âChampagne Momentsâ that the âDegrassiâ alum underwent a rhinoplasty because he didnât want to look like his father, Dennis Graham.
In Rossâ song titled, âChampagne Moments,â the rapper alleged that Drake got a nose job because he didnât want to look like his father, Dennis Graham.
Ross also said he unfollowed the rapper after Drake allegedly sent French Montana a cease-and-desist letter.
The âLive Fast, Die Youngâ rapper also said at the time that he unfollowed Drake on Instagram after the âGodâs Planâ hitmaker allegedly sent a cease-and-desist letter to French Montana.
Itâs widely suspected that legal action was threatened because of Montanaâs 2021 song âSplash Brothers,â which was allegedly meant to have both Drake and Ross as featured artists.
Drake responded to Rossâ allegations with screenshots of a text conversation with his mother.
Drake responded to the nose job accusations at the time with a screenshot of his text conversation with his mom.
âI would have got us a 2 for 1 deal if I went ma,â the rapper said, debunking the accusation. He also claimed Ross had âgone loopy.â
âThe internet is saying you got a nose job??â the Graham matriarch, 64, wrote. âYou looked the same to me in the kitchen today. I canât believe you would get one without me, cuz you know I always wanted one. Donât tell me that you got tattoos without me and now this, too?.â
Drake wrote back alongside several laughing emojis, âI would have got us a 2 for 1 deal if I went ma. Itâs coming from Rick Ross.â
The âOne Danceâ rapper then also claimed that Ross was taking the Type 2 diabetes drug Mounjaro for weight loss, adding, âHeâs gone loopy.â
