Kendrick Lamar appeared to reignite his feud with Drake and J.Cole as the rapper dissed the ‘Big 3’ on Future and Metro Boomin’s new album.

Drake, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole are known as The Big 3 of rap, with Kendrick claiming: ‘The big three, n***a, it’s just big me.’

Future and Metro Boomin’s highly-anticipated joint album, We Don’t Trust You, was released on Friday and features guest appearances from like likes of Drake, Travis Scott and Rick Ross.

Hitting out at Drake and J.Cole on a track titled, Like That, Kendrick raps: ‘Sneak dissin’, First Person Shooter, I hope they came with three switches.’

‘I still got PTSD / Muthaf**k the big three, n***a, it’s just big me / N***a, bum, what? I’m really like that.’

He finishes his verse with: ‘N***a, bum, ‘fore all your dogs gettin’ buried / That’s a K with all these nines, he gon’ see Pet Sematary.’

Drake and J.Cole previously collaborated on First Person Shooter on his 2023 album For All the Dogs.

On the track, lyrics included: ‘Love when they argue the hardest MC/Is it K-Dot? Is it Aubrey? Or me?/We the big three like we started a league, but right now, I feel like Muhammad Ali.

‘Who the GOAT? Who you b****** really rooting for?/Like a kid that act bad from January to November, n***a, it’s just you and Cole,’ Drake added, ignoring Kendrick’s existence.

Sharing their thoughts on X, fans wrote: ‘Kendrick dissing the boysss’: ‘Kendrick choose violence this morning’: ‘Ngl.. i love when Kendrick disses other rappers lol’: ‘Kendrick Lamar has entered the chat’: ‘I hope we get spicy Drake and spicy Cole as a result of this Kendrick verse.’

‘I’m a fan of both J.Cole & Kendrick Lamar. I heard the track and I believe it was more geared towards Drake. I’m here for it if they have straight disses though because I believe this what hip hop needs!’

Meanwhile, others claimed: ‘Lol Kendrick calling himself the big me from his basement, he hasn’t been outside, stop this nonsense.’: ‘I love Kendrick and he’s an amazing rapper but dissing J.Cole or drake is such a clout grab on his part.’

In October, Taylor Swift praised her Bad Blood collaborator Kendrick following the re-release of her long-awaited 2014 hit album, 1989 (Taylor’s Version).

The hitmaker, 33, gushed about Lamar helping her ‘reclaim and own’ her work, following a spat over ownership of her back catalogue.

Bad Blood was originally released in 2014, and Lamar, 36, features in a subsequent hip-hop remix that dropped in 2015.

Now, Lamar has lent his vocals to the brand new re-recording of the track which appears on the deluxe version of her new 1989 album.

In a tribute posted to her Instagram on Friday, Swift said it was ‘surreal’ knowing Lamar had agreed to return to the studio for the re-release of the track.

‘Watching @kendricklamar create and record his verses on the Bad Blood remix was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life,’ she wrote.

‘I still look back on this collaboration with so much pride and gratitude, for the ways Kendrick elevated the song and the way he treats everyone around him.

In October, Taylor Swift praised her Bad Blood collaborator Kendrick following the re-release of her long-awaited 2014 hit album, 1989 (Taylor’s Version)

‘Every time the crowds on The Eras Tour would chant his line “you forgive, you forget, but you never let it… go!”, I smiled. The reality that Kendrick would go back in and re-record Bad Blood so that I could reclaim and own this work I’m so proud of is surreal and bewildering to me.

‘I’m overjoyed to say that the Bad Blood Remix (featuring Kendrick Lamar) is available everywhere on the 1989 Deluxe Edition.’

The post included a photo of Taylor with Kendrick, along with video of her performing the track to her fans – as they recite his portion of the song to her.

Taylor finally re-released her 2014 hit album 1989 (Taylor’s Version) on Thursday following a spat over ownership of her back catalogue.
