Global K-Pop group BLACKPINK and luxury go hand-in-hand as the four talented members have each earned ambassadorships with multiple elite luxury brand, with many of the partnerships spanning years.
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo was officially appointed as a global ambassador for the French luxury jeweler Cartier in May 2022 and has stunned netizens with photos of each campaign she’s represented.
On February 6, 2024, Jisoo flew to France for a schedule with Cartier after starring alongside fellow global celebrities GOT7‘s Jackson Wang, Labrinth, Paul Mescal, and Yara Shahidi in the designer brand’s Cartier Trinity Centenary campaign.
After arriving in Paris, Jisoo showed the gifts she was given on her Instagram story. The Cartier crew had flowers, a welcome letter promising to tend to anything she may need, and jewelry waiting for the BLACKPINK member.
Included was a special piece from the brand’s 100th-anniversary Trinity collection with a staggering price tag.
Jisoo revealed a personalized red ring box on her Instagram story that had encased one of Cartier’s Trinity rings, which each have a row of 18K white gold, 18K rose gold, and 18K yellow gold.
Jisoo’s ring appeared to be a combination of the classic Trinity ring with a single row of brilliant-cut diamonds, and the Trinity ring completely encircled with three rows of diamonds.
Cartier’s Trinity ring with a single row of diamonds begins at $9,800 USD. In comparison, the option with three rows of diamonds is available for $25,300 USD, proving the “royal treatment” Jisoo is receiving as an ambassador for the brand.
