Lost in Space: The Untold Truths and Heartfelt Farewells of the Iconic Cast After 59 Years!

Bill Mumy, who endeared audiences as young Will Robinson, was only 11 years old during filming. Now at 70, he enjoys a rich life in San Gabriel, California, surrounded by family and friends, reminiscing about his time on the show while continuing to pursue his passions.

June Lockhart, who played the matriarch Maureen Robinson, was 40 in 1965. Now at the remarkable age of 99, she still finds joy in life, sharing special moments with her loved ones in New York City.

Angela Cartwright, known for her role as Penny Robinson, was 13 during the show’s initial airing. At 72, she remains active and vibrant, residing in Alran Chim Chest, England, where she continues to pursue her various interests.

Jonathan Harris, who brought to life the infamous Dr. Zachary Smith, was 51 during the series. He passed away on November 3, 2002, at 88, leaving behind a legacy that continues to resonate with fans of the show.

Other cast members have also left us, including Sheila Allen, who played Aunt Gamma, and who passed away from pulmonary fibrosis in 2013. Meanwhile, De Hartford, who portrayed Verda, passed away in 2018 at the age of 90, while Fritz Feld, known as Mr. Zaius, succumbed to dementia in 1993, both marking significant losses for the “Lost in Space” family.
