It’s hard to imagine Serena Williams as anything other than a tennis player.
But if the 21-time Grand Slam winner had done anything other than dominate women’s tennis for the majority of the past 15 years, she would have been a wedding planner.
Speaking to The Project on Friday night, the 35-year-old world number two seed said she’ll be firmly in charge of her own wedding day after becoming engaged to Alexis Ohanian in December.

‘I do event planning all the time actually. I do everything from the food to the looks to everything,’ she said.
‘I think in a different life I would have been a wedding planner, or just an event planner,’ she continued adding that her recent engagement has been very ‘exciting.’
Despite only announcing their engagement a little over two weeks ago, Serena was pressed on whether her and her beau, who is the co-founder of Reddit, had set a date for their big day.
