Chicago Sky star Angel Reese opened up about her ideal type and revealed her deal-breaker in a relationship.
In the latest episode of her podcast, “Unapologetically Angel,” the WNBA star and her guest, singer-songwriter Coco Jones, discussed their likes and dislikes when it comes to the opposite 𝓈ℯ𝓍, as well as the key factors they consider before entering a romantic relationship.
During the interview, Reese revealed why she doesn’t like her man to be “too cute.”
The “Woman Commando” songstress initiated the topic by describing a scenario where a guy exudes head-turning charm or has that Beyoncé-like aura in a relationship.
The Sky forward expressed her strong opinion on the matter and boldly stated, “I like a man who is not too cute,” adding, “You can’t be too cute for me.”

Moreover, the 22-year-old former LSU Tigers star also revealed a peculiar rule for any man she dates.
“You shouldn’t be taking a selfie before me,” she said, to which Coco Jones responded, “Oh, definitely not that.”
The WNBA star also shared another scenario that would turn her off.
“Why are you taking longer than me? I should be teaching you skincare,” she added.
Meanwhile, fans have had some interesting reactions to her dating rules.
“Cause we can’t both be Beyoncé, aht aht,” one fan wrote.
“Lololol facts,” a second user chimed in.
According to one fan, Reese is giving off Taurus energy, “Such a Taurus,” while another user commented, “It’s giving sassy vibes.”
Although Reese is currently single, she had a notable public relationship with fellow basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher during their college years.
In a report by People, it was revealed that they began dating in 2023 but called it quits in March 2024.
On the other hand, Reese shared in a previous episode of “Unapologetically Angel” that she feels apprehensive about dating men who are shorter than her.
“But I just don’t know if I have the confidence to date a man shorter than me,” the 6-foot-3 WNBA star said, noting that it’s an uncommon situation for basketball players like herself.
